If you like ramen and dumplings, pay attention to this FDA recall. A recent recall of Ajinomoto fried rice, sold at Trader Joe's, has expanded to a number of different frozen prepared foods—including ramen, dumplings, and fried rice—sold at Costco, Kroger, Trader Joe's, and other stores nationwide. The recalled products may be contaminated with shards of glass, posing a significant risk of injury.
The products were produced between October 21, 2024, and February 26, 2026, with best by dates ranging from February 28, 2026, through August 19, 2027. They were sold under the brand names Ajinomoto, Kroger, Ling Ling, Tai Pei, and Trader Joe's.
